My experience after 2 years- they attend the call for service but never return to actually do the service. Twice happened to me this year. Make sure you have this covered when you purchase or take service from them. Airsense - professional, knowledgeable and experienced team. Majid makes sure to get what you need and how you need. I am glad that I have got them to install heat pump for my new home.
