I paid $20k for a Hip Flip and liposuction at AirSculpt Miami in January 2025. Four months later, I look exactly the same. Not slightly different — identical. Zero visible results. I have before and after photos to prove it. I was promised specific outcomes during my consultation, and none of them were delivered. I have since sent a formal demand letter requesting a refund. If you are considering spending this kind of money here, please do your research and get everything in writing. Don’t be fooled.

Love, love, love my results Iam 6months post op & I’m healing very well, the little scars are barely noticeable. Dr. Kichler was amazing, she very gentle but targeted the right areas for my body sculpt, the assisting nurse Nicole was very nice & pleasant & the staff made me very comfortable, by far this is one of the best investment I’ve done for my body.
