The entire Airrow team has been excellent to work with and Alex did an amazing job with our mini-split replacement. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone with heating and cooling needs.
Airrow was able to schedule my heat pump service quickly. The phone person was really pleasant. Parker was the technician who serviced the unit. He was personable (excellent customer service skills), knowledgeable about the unit, and very efficient in his job. He answered any questions I had and gave me more information about the remote and the best use of settings. I would highly recommend Airrow and Parker to anyone . My unit has been running with no problems for seven years, and I will be scheduling annual maintenance to ... read more
As always, my experience with Arrow Heating was one of relief and gratitude. I had a Heat Pump System installed. Steve, Josh and James were knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient, careful, clean, funny and personable but most importantly~ competent! It seems very few contractors or specialists care about their work or the manner in which they perform their work. These men were fabulous. Arrow Heating, in general, is a great company. Love the guys!
We just got into a new home and needed a tune-up of the furnace. Airrow's technician was prompt, answered questions, and gave us a very thorough inspection and tune-up. He also referred us to a great third-party technician who did duct cleaning for us. Rates were reasonable and he gave us some great tips on doing annual maintenance at the lowest cost possible. Glad to be in good hands immediately upon arriving at the Oregon coast.
