We were very happy with our experience with all the staff at Arrow starting with the salesman thru the installation experience and finishing with the office staff making the final payment. The installation personnel were very knowledgeable at adapting and overcoming a few of our house layout challenges. Curtis and Parker were very pleasant during the installation.
Do not use this company in South Beach, Oregon. Terrible service, nasty installers, undersized units quoted so they can price compete with the real local companies. Airrow closed their stores in other towns for a reason: this company sucks!. G. M, SouthBeach.
Just got a heat pump replaced. Airrow impressed from the original call, the communication regarding the bid and options, to the installation. Everything went smoothly, clearly, and comfortably. Highly recommend.
What an excellent experience with Kenny and Wesley. They were considerate of our carpet and doorways, worked diligently the whole day, solved design problems and completed a successful installation. We would recommend them to anyone who is considering a furnace install. We talked afterwards about other issues and they were insightful as well about those. Five stars.
Horrible customer service!!! It took almost 2 months to get our furnace fixed. 3 visits and they couldn’t diagnose the problem, ended up putting in a new furnace, which didn’t work when we arrived (vacation home, we’re not here full time). After they came back to fix the brand new furnace, we called back because their installers left greasy hand prints on our walls and also drilled a hole through the wall into our family room, when we complained about it, we were told they are “not a sheet rock company” and we would have to ... read more
