My furnace quit working. I called Airrow Heating. They were very nice on the phone and were able to schedule a service tech appointment in two days. Today, Dylan, my tech arrived on time and was extremely competent and helpful. He solved my problem within a short time and my furnace is running smoothly and all's right with the world. the service was excellent, responsive, and professional. The new furnace was installed on the day scheduled and within the timeframe estimated. the cost was very competitive and thorough in the bid. When we had a small issue about the furnace shutting on and off, Steve, your representative came out, sooner than anticipated, and texted before he came. Airrow installed a ductless heat pump for me, and I think it's the best investment I made in my house. The Airrow team was on time, communicated well, and just did an exceptional job with the installation. Plus, they informed me of some rebates that saved me a lot of money on the installation. Highly recommended!
