This company is awesome! If you have nagging injuries that can't quite be resolved by physical therapy, you may want to give them a shot. They've helped me more than once on things that just weren't progressing any other way. At this location, Edward did a great job for me!
Docs/personnel seem very knowledgeable & pleasant to work with. The problem is Airrosti central billing & insurance verification. They were supposed re-verify my insurance for a scheduled appt when my insurance confirmed in writing that it I was covered, but they never did. I had to pay full amount of pocket, when I should have only been charged a copay. I've been battling for a month & a half to get reimbursed. Probably will never see that money. Unfortunate that a nice local office is tainted by corporate shortcomings.
We first started going here for a back injury for my son from gymnastic. They are very knowledgeable about the body and provide thorough explanations. I have recommended them to anyone I know who has injuries. We have been pleased with the improvements after only a couple of visits.
Great team of friendly & knowledgeable people. Highly recommended!!!!
