Rebecca Hall is amazing. My first visit was about a year and a half ago after having plantar fasciitis that I struggled with for 9 months on my own. After three visits and following their PT instructions at home, I was 90% better about a month. Recently, I'm finally deciding to address my knee pain that flares when I try to do lunges and similar exercises. The staff actively listened to my questions and concerns and developed an individualized treatment for my concerns unlike some "cookie cutter" therapists. I learned a lot of strategies that I will use for a lifetime.

In early February 2026, I had a hard fall, resulting in a broken elbow. I guess I didn’t realize it at the time, but I must have disturbed something in my lower left back and left hip. Spinal Stenosis and herniated discs with S1 compression has taken a toll on me. I’ve been at a 10 level pain for 3 months unable to walk properly, sit, drive or stand without intense pain.
