I could not be happier with the treatment I've gotten from Dr. Lam at Airrosti. Its not like PT I've done in the past. He really gets in there and gets the muscles to relax and then follows up with easy to perform at home exercises that supports my body. This review is long overdue. So grateful for Dr. Lam and his expertise. I had two issues this year, one that has been ongoing for at least two years with my shoulder, and one I developed in my knee recently while running. Now the issues have been addressed and I am healthy to do the activities I love, going to the gym to lift and run. Reading the reviews at first I thought it was too good to be true that these pains could be fixed quickly, and I was very wrong. Surpassed my expectations. Highly recommended.
