Byron was great. I had been dealing with shoulder pain for months and multiple other providers were unable to deduce the root cause. He was able to do it quickly and provide a course of action with an accurate timeline. Highly recommend!
Updated review: I’m happy to change this to 5 stars. I had a major issue with the billing department (a corporate service of the greater Airrosti franchise). They acknowledged the error and took care of the problem. As for the care received, I want to reiterate that Dr. Lam is amazing. He really helped me with my chronic injuries and pain in multiple areas. Now that the billing issues have been resolved, I will definitely be returning if I find myself dealing with any more pain or injury.
I hate being the one to leave a mediocre review here, but I think it’s important to prevent for other patients what happened to me with billing. This place gets this many stars because Dr. Lam was awesome and really helped me with my chronic injuries and pain. However, when I received the bill for treatment, it was almost 10 times what I was told from the beginning. Dr Lam and his team are very knowledgeable and effective. I’ve seen many, many PTs but Airrosti is the only provider I’ve had continued success with.
