5 1/2 months of not being able to run was a pretty dark time for this old runner. Plantar fasciitis had me limping around all day. I tried EVERYTHING including two trips to orthopedic docs. Nothing worked. A friend recommended Airrosti in Kerrville. Went in with a good dose of contempt. lol.. was I wrong. David and his buddy had me laughing like crazy and the work they did actually worked. Ran today and am so grateful for the help I got from this group.

I have been thru physical therapy several times in my life and, by far, Airrosti is the best. I was given great explanations about how my injury was to be treated, both verbally and visually, and at home exercises that really helped. The two practitioners were friendly and professional, and helped resolve my issue quickly. If I have to have physical therapy again for any reason, Airrosti in KERRVILLE will be my first choice!
The sole of my foot hurt and two sessions with a podiatrist had accomplished little. Didn't know what to do but then remembered how prior visits to Airrosti a dozen years ago had quickly resolved other soft tissue issues so I booked an appointment hoping their approach hadn't changed over time. I was referred to Dr Armstrong from one of his patients that had chronic neck pain. At first I shrugged off the recommendation but remembered a Jiu Jitsu instructor that used them regularly in Houston to aggressively massage damaged connective tissue. I was looking for none surgical alternatives that my health insurance would cover. I have had several sessions with Dr. Armstrong and finally getting some relief from longtime shoulder and lower back injuries.
