I have been to Airrosti at least 10 times for different issues each time I learn how to use my tools (lacrosse ball, roller, stretch band) to fix each issue. When I think I’m dying, or need immediate surgery I am reassured by Dr Gardener that I can resolve my pain the Airrosti way. My body has gotten stronger because of Airrosti. I appreciate being taught how to handle my own aches and pains. Cheers to Dr Gardener who btw is “Dr Thumbs” to all my friends and co-workers.
I am really impressed with Dr. Andrea Gardner. I felt like she asked the right questions, really listened, and responded perfectly in her treatment. I'm scared of traditional chiropractors, but I am so glad I gaveAirrksti's unique approach a try. I feel so much better. I've seen such improvement in my mobility and also appreciated that there was a clear goal to get me better quickly-not a drawn out treatment plan. Dr Gardner is smart, personable, compassionate, and a problem-solver. I'm so glad I found her!
Dr. Gardner is amazing! She spent more time with me than any other doctor. And, she was able to instantly target my pain and address it. The exercises she recommended -- and demonstrated! -- were very helpful. If you're in pain, definitely go see Dr. Gardner!
Dr Gardner was able to pin point the troubling area and create a plan that helped me overcome the pain I was experiencing. I just finished treatment and am practically pain free and able to move without cringing.
