During training for a running event. I began to have pain in my foot. Dr. Randy Christensen, and his team, was able to determine my foot issue. Once my foot was examined I was given instructions for stretching while I was at home. Staying consistent with a stretching and seeing Dr. Christiansen, my foot is back to normal and I am able to train again, thanks to him and his team. If you’re around the Gonzalez area or stay in Gonzales, I highly recommend if you have any injuries. But remember, you also have to do your part two.
I went in because my hands were numbing and burning at night, this is something i’ve experienced over 20 years on and off. Turns out it was not what I thought(carpal tunnel) but my upper back. In just 3 visits I am no longer experiencing burning or numbness and I’ve learned the things I must do to make sure this does not re occur.

Dr. Randy is great and very knowledgeable! He has helped our whole family get back to enjoying our outdoor activities. My passion is running and he has gotten me back to hitting the roads and trails. If you have aches and pains I definitely recommend going to see him.
