Dr. Howard & airrosti is amazing! The combo of manual therapy and learning the proper exercises to combat my issues/keep them at bay was just what I needed. I did a total of 4 Sessions and feel so much better and feel like I have learned what I can do as part of my normal routine to help prevent recurring issues. I would definitely recommend!
