After 6 months being post op for shoulder surgery and going to physical therapy twice a week for 4.5 months i still had a very limited range of motion. After just only 5 sessions, I now have full range of motion and a complete list of exercises to continue to build back my strength. Thank you Dr Randell & Tracy!
Dr. Randall and Tracey are excellent! I went in for a hip impingement. I was often ache-y and would sometimes lose sleep because my hip hurt so bad. After going to Airrosti, I learned a lot about the cause, my muscles, and what I can do to help relieve the pain in that area when things start to get uncomfortable. I really appreciate their expertise, care, and professionalism!
I have frozen shoulder. It was causing me so much pain and the therapy for the orthopedic was not going to start for a month. I made an appointment with Airrosti and was able to finish my therapy a week before the orthopedic place. Although this didn’t completely get rid of my frozen shoulder ( because that takes months to do) they got me on the right track and I’m able to be way more flexible than when I started. Dr. Randell & Tracy are awesome! They are knowledgeable, caring, & truly want you to feel better! I thought my back issues due to a pinched nerve was something I would have to suffer with from now on. I had been dealing with on-and-off hip and back pain for a couple of months, but it gradually worsened to the point where it started interfering with my daily activities and exercise.
