Dr. Jestel and James are a great team, no nonsense. Dr. Jestel identified my muscular issue and set up a plan for immediate resolution without a slow plan over a long period of time. I saw immediate improvements with only one visit. I didn’t feel they were going to drag out my treatment.

So far, I appreciate Dr. Jestel and James spending time listening to me and trying to figure out my pain and origin of my injury. I've only been here twice but I appreciate their concern and time. I'm in so much pain and pray they will help me.
Dr Jestel fixed a nagging and painful knee that I had been messing with since December. The issue was really due to a weak hip flexor. After 5 visits I am back to moving as if nothing had happened. Full activity including kickboxing. No pain meds, etc. Just great muscle work, therapy stretching, and taping. If you have pain, start here FIRST!!
Dr Jestel is an excellent well trained professional who exemplifies true care and ability. Certainly worth being a patient when an injury occurs to resolve it quickly.
Painful process but worth it! They do fix pain fast without meds! I wouldn't go anywhere else!
