Was in pain for 2. Years had surgery, and nerve burned in neck after 2 visits with Dr. Story and Al I am off all medications and zero pain
I went to hospital twice because of excruciating abdominal pain, was finally diagnosed with back problems due to a sports injury and given muscle relaxers. Pain then moved to my back due to the constant pain I was in my doctor refused to sign off on my sports physical with out treatment for my back I called and was able to get in that day.
