11/10 would recommend these professionals to anyone. They have always been prompt, friendly, and treat you well. There has not been an instance where they did not explain exactly the issue and what they were doing in terms I could understand. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Kept our old heat pump going for years past expected service life. When it finally got too far gone, sourced and installed a new unit quickly and for a good price. After six months everything is working great. Always prompt, professional, knowledgeable, great communication. Highly recommended.

We waited over a year to place our review to see how our systems worked. This company did exceptional work and their customer service was impeccable. Our neighbor recommended and we were so glad we listened. Do your homework!. We did three different company quotes. Air Rich was honest, no sales gimmicks, and best priced! Would give them more stars if we could!
