Absolutely appalled at the individual who was parked in the handicap zone in the parking lot of 13100 River Rd. Oschner Medical Building in Destrehan, la. Absolutely no respect for people who have disabilities and can't get out of thier vehicle. Josh & Seth came to my apartment at Marais last week and I cannot believe how they literally did not leave until my unit was fully repaired.
