Paid too much money for unreliable service. Utilized this company in the Summer of 2017 (for our ac), it lasted almost a year, which was probably less considering we don’t use ac after August/September. In the summer of 2018, they came out to fix the SAME AC UNIT, which was having the same problem but NOW needed additional services and hundreds of dollars of Freon (which I paid for). Our AC wasn’t getting cold. I called Air Pro and they came out, quickly diagnosed the issue and went over our repair options. The technician had our AC back running cold in no time.
The company started off good.. What I didn't like is how the service guy asked my husband if we were renting or if we owned the home. We are a minority family so we did take offense to that.. They came out to do a job and we thought it was completed it wasn't, I woke up at 3:30 in the morning with the AC not working. I called Air pro and instead of them doing the right thing and coming out to fix what they had already been paid to do, and this was a reoccurring issue btw.. Air Pro did an amazing job on our A/C unit. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly and most of all their response was fast!! They were awesome!!
