I've always had very positive things to say about Airport Vet, that is until today. Today, I spoke with the office manager, an angry and insulting lady, whom I had never spoken to before. The problem concerned a bill that was paid in full, at the time of service. Now, four to five months later, the manager told me I owed an additional $120.00 due to being undercharged for some pills, for my pet. Were the waiting room chairs comfortable while waiting for your pet? They were average Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely Did you feel that this veterinarian's pricing was fair? Yes, I thought it was fair Would you refer this provider to a family or friend? Definitely

Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt! Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Were the kennels and holding areas clean? Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen Does this provider remember you by name? Sometimes, but not always Did you leave the animal hospital feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!
