Smelled like an ashtray from the time you walked into the office thru the hallways and room
RecommendedMy husband has been here working in Colorado Springs. He has been at the hotel about a month. We came in to visit about two weeks. The customer service here is top notch. Rooms are clean! Owner is fantastic. I had a complaint and he took care of it personally! Plus not to mention there is a man in the hotel that is unable to go get food due to being sick, when he realized the man wasn’t eating he has taken it upon himself to bring him food to make sure he eats.
We stayed 1 night. Front desk girl very nice! Room was ok. I liked that it did have microwave and mini fridge. $82 night
