I took my 09 F150 in with transmission problems.....the staff from the front door all the way to the mechanics working on my truck where very professional and did what needed to be done and did it right the first time!!! I needed a rental and the manager Don did just that and fulfilled my need by getting me that rental!! My warranty company was a bit of a pain to deal with but Don put my mind at rest handled that as well!! I can't say enough about the folks here and would recommend you guys to EVERYONE!!
I got work done on my acura for a clutch job ($1200) not even a month later the transmission/clutch locks up and now I have to junk the car, and thanks for not taking the $50 off coupon I had for "transmission work" great job guys
Don- The manager was beyond rude. They had our vehicle for a month and when we finally got it back, it was leaking antifreeze, had no heat, and no all wheel drive. They replaced the motor with a used motor that was obviously junk. I called and told Don and he was rude as hell and refused to give us a rental while they fix it again. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
