Very disappointing experience with Toyota Essendon. After buying a car from them, I expected much better customer service and support. The staff were not friendly or helpful, and it felt like they didn’t care about customers at all. Their attitude was unprofessional and they make customers feel like they are doing you a favour. Being using the spare parts section the parts interpreter lady is highly recommended professional but the the facilities for spare parts and accessories could be better in this new modern world

Useless customer service team. Although I pre-booked my accessories through Laura, I have not received any communications from her. That has caused delay. Very disappointed. Will never come back here neither I won’t recommend this place. Please avoid.
