Absolutely terrible after sales service. We have 4 vehicles from this dealership in our company fleet, so we’ve been long-term customers. We bought a RAV4 from them and paid almost double for the dashcam to be installed by the dealership because we wanted to avoid any battery issues in the future. 15 months later, the battery started going flat. I recently purchased a used Subaru Impreza from Airport Toyota and had such a seamless experience! Henry Kerr looked after me throughout the process and he was absolutely fantastic. I had a great experience at Airport Toyota with Mick. I purchased the pre-owned 2025 Yaris Cross Hybrid GXL. The whole process was very smooth and easy. Mick was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. As a first-time car owner, I was quite nervous, but he made everything feel easy and stress-free. He was always happy to answer my questions and made me feel really comfortable and supported. I highly recommend Mick at Airport Toyota.

Do yourself a favour and stay away from this dealership. Took my Prado there for a service they stamped the 80,000kms which is a major services but only performed a minor luckily I picked up on it at my next services. Then when I raised my issue with them for them to rectify the problem at another dealership they wouldn’t return phone calls. Now I have to book the car in again at another dealership to have the outstanding parts and fluids changed. Very bad customer service definitely go to another Toyota

Great service, got the car a lot quicker than I expected. good communication. Overall a very good experience for me, and I would be purchasing future cars from them.
