Can't open gate. Staff hard to contact.
Came on a Sunday to pull items out of my unit, the gate would not open with my key. I'm paying to not have access to my storage when I need access. And I can't get a hold of anyone that works here because they're closed.
Someone broke into my unit and they didn't do anything about it.. Told me i should have had a better lock on it
