Worst customer service experience I have ever had, the lady was completely and utterly rude to me when I was in the office looking for a unit after flying into Asheville. I would avoid this place like the plague. FYI it smells in there.
Melissa, the Property Manager, is very nice. We have had a unit for several years but our business management has changed several times and our invoice was sent to the wrong email. Melissa was patient with me while we got caught up on payment and straightened out the contact info for our account. Thank you Melissa!
