Received EXCELLENT customer service from Kristi at Airport Road Storage in Waterford, MI. She was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She has a great positive attitude! I appreciate her quick response to my phone messages. She went out of her way to assist me in finding a storage space to meet my needs. When her facility was full, she touched base with me over several months until she had an opening. WOW… now that’s GREAT customer service! Friendly staff, storage units are secured with gated access and video surveillance. They also have a nice storage yard for RV's and Boats. Would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit.
