Airport Road Animal hospital ( Mark Bell) performed surgery on my dog to remove two toes, he BOTCHED the surgery causing my dog extreme pain and because he did it incorrectly my dogs toe grew back. Tried to address with them but they were nothing but ignorant and refused to do anything about it, even refused refund. If you look ve your pets take them somewhere else. Absolutely disgusted with the unprofessional service and attitude.
We started using them because of a friend and they are the best veterinarians in town I would not take our dogs anywhere else love all the staff they make you feel like your there only client. Mary Blaylock
RecommendedI own a rescue in Chicago and Airport Rd. Fixed 3 dogs we pulled. At the last minute we had nowhere for them to go and the hospital agreed to board them for us and kept in contact with us. They rolled with all the punches. Thank you for being so patient & understanding ❤️ especially Cat & Faith, you helped keep me sane!!! Thank you!!!!
Dr Mark Bell, is an amazing vet. And all the staff are super understanding and educated. I highly recommend Airport Road Animal Hospital. They took great care of my buddy Cash.
