BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! – I have used the park n go twice within the passed 2 months. The first time we had a very rude driver that flipped out when we did not want to tip him. Then when we used them this week, we got back to DTW at 5 am and there were 6 women all waiting for the park n go to pick us up. We watched a ton of different parking services show up with plenty of vehicles and we were shocked when ours didn't show up until 6:15 am. Left Unlocked and Keys in it!!!!! – We made an online reservation, weeks before our trip, with Park-N-Go at DTW for a parking spot before leaving for two weeks. We arrived to find the enitre lot double parked. They directed us to double park and asked for the keys, telling us they would valet the car into a spot once one opened up. We did not like the idea but did not have time to argue as we had a plane to catch. The took the key and gave us a tag for it. Love Park N Go! – I fly out of the Detroit Airport around 15 times/year. I ALWAYS park at Park N Go! It is quick and easy to get to & from the highway (Vining Road Exit), the shuttle bus is at my vehicle before I ever get out, the staff is prompt and friendly, and very helpful with my always heavy luggage! And...during the busy season, I simply call a day or two ahead of time for a reservation to ensure I have a spot! The only airport parking service I will use!

Avoid this place – Beware, these guys tried to overcharge me. I called the next day and spoke to guy that said he was the owner (Larry). Very rude and unprofessional man. Can believe he still has custumers. Not me anymore. Stay away from them. I gave them very bad notes on their website. Guess what ?. Is not there. He keeps only exellent comments.

Whatever happened to service? – Hey, I thought this place would be easy given their terrific website reservation system....not! Bad directions that take you out of the way, poor service from the shuttle service and bad attitude from the clerk at the parking lot are enough to make me never come back. We waited a long time while shuttles from other parking lots came several times!!!!
