Unstable ownership consumers beware
I recently purchased a used car from this dealership. They were extremely professional and i feel as if i received a good deal on the vehicle as they seem to be very aggressive when pricing vehicles online. My salesman (Ed) was unlike many ive experienced and did not pressure me into purchasing but instead was genuine and wanted me to be comfortable with my purchase. Highly impressed.
Tried to make service appt. Left my name and phone number with Autumn the receptionist. Hadn't heard back in over an hour. I call back. Turns out she wrote down my number incorrectly. Then she proceeds to transfer me directly to the service manager. There's no answer, I leave a message. It has been over three hours and still haven't talked to some one the service department. Only the receptionist that clearly doesn't know to relay a message.
Longtime Nissan customer. Always pleased with sales service.
