Owner was incredibly kind to come in after-hours and speed up the U-Haul check-in process following delays with the app mobile pickup. In the future, this would likely be the only 3rd-party “neighborhood dealer” I would rent a U-Haul from given the high level of customer service, which is not a guarantee with other dealers.

Had a wonderful experience! We bought a 1990 Jeep Wrangler. We drove an hour in hopes that this was the right Jeep for our family to have some fun in this summer. Paul was great about answering all our questions and letting us test drive it. We can’t say enough good things and will definitely drive an hour again the next time we are looking for a vehicle.
