Rented outside parking for several years. Thought the rates were good and property was managed well. In recent years - I believe the business may have been sold, or management changed - the rates have gone up 5-10% annually, however the upkeep on the property has gone downhill to an unacceptable level. I notified management multiple times about my concerns with there being waist-high weeds growing in my assigned space and over-taking my vehicle.
