Rented outside parking for several years. Thought the rates were good and property was managed well. In recent years - I believe the business may have been sold, or management changed - the rates have gone up 5-10% annually, however the upkeep on the property has gone downhill to an unacceptable level. I notified management multiple times about my concerns with there being waist-high weeds growing in my assigned space and over-taking my vehicle. Absolutely horrible customer service. Multiple increases to rate and charge to credit card with no communication that the rate would increase. I canceled my unit and sent 4 emails and left 4 voicemails (they never answer the phone, returned calls, or responded to emails). They continue to charge my credit card after 2 months of canceling service. Can not get them to call back or stop the charge to my card. If you have to rent from them, don’t sign up for autopay.
