I have two rowdy sons and from phone calls with crying in the backgroud, to the boys all up in the technicians work space, everyone was kind to this stressed mom. Very satisfied with our home window replacement, and will be be a repeat customer without a doubt.
We called WEEKS ago for an estimate. I received a cb and an appt was set for 2 wks out on July 14th. I called this morning to confirm the time, and the woman on the phone was RUDE!!!! She snapped at me that there was no estimates scheduled for today . then HUNG UP on me. We will obviously be spending our 5k elsewhere.
If you are looking for someone that cares about quality work as if it is their own house, this is your crew.
