Scheduled service that has regularly taken 45 min to an hour has so far taken 3hr. A warranty repair that they put off for months is now being started and I will be here another additional 2hrs. Drive in from Brantford (25min) but service guy was not willing to shuttle me home. After some investigation I found out that if I wanted to go to Mac(40 min) that would have been fine.So I was sitting in the waiting room for at least 5.5 hrs.
