My wife and I would highly recommend buying your new car from Airport Ford on 49 Rymal Rd in Hamilton . We had a great experience. Dave our salesman worked hard to get us what we wanted and demonstrated professionalism and great communication skills. I would also give a shout out to Milos ( New Car Sales Manager ) and Martina in finance for their hard work getting us through the process. Everyone worked as a team!! A+++
Delt with Karen when I had my car in for service and some warranty items. The service was fantastic. Karen went out of her way to make sure the items were taken care of and was able to answer all my questions as well as give me some information I wasn't aware of. I find it is very rare that a service advisor is knowledgable on the vehicles they are punching in, and instead usually read a scrip of upsells. Not Karen, she knew what I wanted, and what the car needed. Fantastic experience, will return.
