Didn’t follow instructions on the pick up, I was not able to warn the client that there would be someone on the property to pick up The Man lift, asked to be notified when the Chargers were finalized so I could pay with check, Rental manager raised his voice and constantly interrupted me as I was explaining my circumstance. Don’t think I’ll be renting from them again After this experience
Good selection of equipment, nice staff. Charging $250 one way to go 7 miles to my house, a 15 minute drive, is a scam, and is price gouging for no good reason. United is $75 less. Have been a long time customer, but am going elsewhere.
