The website was easy to navigate and rental or reservations could be made online but I chose to go in the store to ask specific questions. The process to lease a unit was straightforward and quick. Kim was super helpful and kind. I’m happy to be a new customer!

Trashy place, nothing but complications
I have been a customer for years and recently needed to downsize my unit. I went in and spoke with Kim and she was so incredibly helpful figuring out what size to go down to and the savings I would now have on my bill. We couldn't be happier with the customer service and the knowledge that our belongings are safe and sound behind the coded gate. Highly recommend for your storage needs!
