This is an excellent repair shop! I would definitely take my care there again. They do good work and helped me deal with the insurance company! Also, they detailed the interior and exterior of my vehicle after the repair work was done. It looks better now than before the accident!
This is a review for the customer service only as I have a family friend who owns a body shop that does this work for beyond cheap that no place can beat the price. If you get a chance to deal with TJ you are in luck. Here is exactly what happened. I got into an accident a block away from an apartment I was taking a look at. I took my vehicle here & i was very satisfied with my repair there customer service is EXCELLENT. I didn't know what expect being that this was my 1st accident all i knew is i needed a car & i didn't have rental coverage in my policy,they assisted me with everything and they helped me with a rental.Marisa took care of EVERYTHING. I highly recommend Airport Collision to anyone. & my car look brand new love it!

I have had three different vehicles repaired there and it is a wonderful place the service is excellent and Marrissa is the best she is always so patient and kind. The owner explains step by step what to expect and the staff keeps you updated on time frames. I have been getting my collision repairs and paint repair done here for years. Keep yp the good work.
The employees are wonderful. The customer service is exceptional. Everyone I spoke to stayed on top of the repairs, especially Hiro. Especially in an awful situation, as in a car accident, you need someone on your side!
I've NEVER had a problem using their service. Yeah it's a wait to get your car fixed but hey that's how it goes when you want your car fixed right.. A-1 service and Mr. Hiro does wonders & not to mention will help you with whatever you need!!
I brought my car here after a fire in my carport a few months ago. This is the SECOND car we have had repaired at Airport Collision. Hiro is very knowledgeable, and understanding. His staff is very friendly and never had an attitude even when I called multiple times. My car went in looking like a burned marshmallow and came out looking like it was fresh off of the lot and it is a 12 year old car!
