Took my car in for 3 different issue the one I wanted to have taken care the most was the long start that the car i was told that it needs,a new fuel pump cost 1200.00 I told them fix it by the way this took a full week 3days to get it diagnosis 1 to order part and 1 day to fix so pick up the car get it home and it's doing the same thing took the car back so they could fix it right and they said they couldn't get it to act up and to record it every time I started it so they can see what it's doing and gave me 3 free oil chan... read more
Service department has been much better to deal with than the sales department.
Oil Change was completed, But there seems to be a disconnect between the website and the service writers .i filled out appointment on website , never got confirmation of the appointment had to call . Spoke with someone who was able to find it . Arrived at the service desk and was treated as if I just walked in or maybe interrupted someone’s nap !! Not appreciated. I chose Airport to be my service provider but can take my business elsewhere!!
Great overall care from this dealership. Felt like speaking with friends and they were willing to answer all questions and didn't make me feel like a burden. Amazing overall
