I purchased a used whirlpool washer & dryer in June 2019 which worked ok but I started having problems with the washer not ringing out my clothes properly, so I called office to inform them of my problem in which a repair man came out a few days later to check it out and so call fix the washer. As fast as he left my home my washer was in worser condition then it started out and when I called back a second time to report it management told me to call after 4pm to speak with repair man about it.
