Worst customer ever. If you are a mother or pregnant, please don't use this company. They treat customer like nothing. We were supposed to receive a follow up email from this company telling us if our heat pump was defective from the manufacturer since February 15th and still no response. They treat woman customer pretty bad. My pressure went high during the calls with this company as they were treating me like I was lying over the phone. DON'T USE THEM

Similar story to J B. Installed an AC unit that basically leaked from day 1 but didn't realize until the following summer. Have not been able to get a hold of them to honour warranty.
