Highest recommendation. Danny came out in freezing weather and fixed my heat pump. Importantly, unlike two other folks we called, Danny is honest and he did the job right. My 5-year-old Fujitsu system, which we use for both heating and cooling, was leaking refrigerant. We did a full recovery with pump-down and nitrogen pressure-test, which, two days later, showed no leak! Screw this company! They have a terrible person working their call line! I called to ask to speak to the owner to sub contract a job for me in Brooklyn and he rudely said no and hung up! WHAT KIND OF A LOUSY GUY WOULD GET HIRED FOR A COMPANY LIKE THIS! HE SHOULD BE FIRED. HE JUST COSTED THE COMPANY A HUGE JOB FOR THINKING HES A KNOW IT ALL. SOMEONE SHOULD TEACH HIM MANNERS AND MAYBE FIRE HIM SO HE CAN GET A REAL LESSON. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Prime HVAC is far better and right down the street!
