Great experience with Airpex. They had a technician out the next day to diagnose the issue, and although it was not the same-day fix due to the failed compressor and warranty process, their communication was fantastic. Service was prompt, expectations were clear, and they were able to get us up and running as soon as the part arrived. I would highly recommend Terry and his team.
Javier was very helpful. He treated the problem and gave me a few tips to follow up to ensure I wouldn't have the problem in the future. Professional, clean, and came when he said he would.
I had a great experience with Airpex Cooling, Heating and Plumbing in Chandler. Terry was the technician who came out and he was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He replaced my thermostat and refilled the missing Freon, and everything is working perfectly now. The job was done very clean and efficiently, and the price was very fair. Our experience with this AC company involved extended delays and an unresolved repair over approximately 30 days in July/August of 2025. Multiple technicians were sent at different times, and each visit resulted in explanations that the prior work had not been completed correctly, without the issue being resolved.
