Usually when your home warranty company sends out a repairman, service is not very good and corners are cut. However Airpex has blown me away! Airpex replaced an HVAC unit on my rental property after battling Fidelity Home Warranty. I ended up getting a brand new American Standard Unit. More recently, Airpex sent out Chase to fix a plumbing leak on my primary residence and I was impressed with his knowledge and work ethic. UPDATED REVIEW! My initial review for the repair I raved about Anthony. Jermani was the next technician who came out to make repairs he diagnosed after Anthony . Well the repairs DID NOT fix my HVAC problems and they persisted after I paid over $320 for those repairs. Jermani also made a HUGE mess inside my unit , and I know this because of the company I had to call out immediately after they were done making those repairs I paid for. I get second inspection, fix on 45 min, no good two weeks with out ac if he knows about this, this get fixed on 45 min , l hope this return my service cost , or my time
