I had a great experience with Airpex Cooling, Heating and Plumbing in Chandler. Terry was the technician who came out and he was fantastic. He was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He replaced my thermostat and refilled the missing Freon, and everything is working perfectly now. The job was done very clean and efficiently, and the price was very fair. If you’re looking for honest and reliable HVAC service, I definitely recommend Airpex. Thanks again to Terry for the great service
Our experience with this AC company involved extended delays and an unresolved repair over approximately 30 days in July/August of 2025. Multiple technicians were sent at different times, and each visit resulted in explanations that the prior work had not been completed correctly, without the issue being resolved. Great Customer Service, very kind and helpful, and a great price
Chase was excellent! He was prompt, respectful, knowledgeable and handled the repair quickly! I highly recommend Airpex.
It was greatly appreciated that Chase arrived at the time I was given. He was very courteous and respectful of our home and repaired our leaking faucet at a fair price. I certainly would request him again!
