Dr Ruzbarsky and April Bentley have been taking care of my fam for the past 30 yrs! I cannot speak for any other of the providers, but Dr Ruzbarsky is a total family doctor who pays attention to your needs! Regardless of red tape! April is my personal best! Been seeing her for years! She is the best! She is there when I am sick, she is there when I need therapy and has nothing but my best interest at heart! She gives me support but blatently honest truths! Couldn't ask for a better medical advisor! Thank you!
My experience with April Bentley has always been exceptional. She listens to my concerns, tailors my treatment to my specific problems, deals with modifying prescriptions last minute when insurance or pharmacy are being difficult, handles my referrals for additional treatment, documentation I need for work, and everything in between. I have been using this practice as my primary care for the past 2 years. Since then I have had two physicians and both of them have left the practice. I was just informed my most recent provider was now gone and now I am without a primary care provider and have no access to my prescriptions.
Avoid this practice like the plague. Ross Velesnick was arrogantly rude and unprofessional, Dr. Rusbarsky is disallowed to write scripts for controlled substances. No prescriptions ever got filled without a hassle or delay. Just an unprofessional experience from tip to tail. Had the same doctor for 30 years with none of this nonsense. Sorry he retired.
I went for bloodwork this morning at air park , labcore ! Short wait , and wow the lady that took my blood , was freaking excellent ! She was nice and man I didn’t even feel the needle . It’s four hours later , no mark , no bruising , thank you . The best ever !
