I have used Airpark Jeep in the past and have had a great experience. My latest transaction with them though has been horrible!! I turned in a lease vehicle and leased a new Alfa Romeo. Months passed by and I received a call from the leasing agency saying we never turned our old vehicle in. I went to Airpark and discovered that they had “lost” my turned in vehicle for seven months! I’ve been to many dealerships in 7 different states while serving this country. How can a company bring so much dishonor to themselves. Good business should not rely on the failure of others.
Absolute garbage service. Seven times I've called to see if the service department has a screw but I cant even ask because I am immediately placed on hold without a chance to get a word in edgewise. Airparks customer service should be ashamed of itself for treating its customers this poorly. The service department is not a gift to us customers... we customers ARE and should be treated like a gift to the dealership. Go anywhere but here - Im sure Airpark will appreciate that recommendation.
