Absolute garbage service. Seven times I've called to see if the service department has a screw but I cant even ask because I am immediately placed on hold without a chance to get a word in edgewise. Airparks customer service should be ashamed of itself for treating its customers this poorly. The service department is not a gift to us customers... we customers ARE and should be treated like a gift to the dealership. Go anywhere but here - Im sure Airpark will appreciate that recommendation.

The parking lot was really full so it was a bit difficult to maneuver in to a parking spot at the front. Right away I was approached by an employee which was actually very helpful as I wasn't sure where to go. I had reached out via internet and connected with Glenn Ryan; he wasn't available at the time (I hadn't made an appointment) so instead I spoke with Rob Tano (?). I will give facts first and thoughts and feelings after because this place is deplorable. The first thing is when I came in to check out the 2013 Jeep Wrangler I was told it had not been off-road, I knew that was a lie to begin with as it had two jeep badges of honor, one for Schnebly and one for table Mesa.
