i answered an ad on one of the hiring websites about a lot attendant position, filled out the aplication, was called by a man named ****** for an interview, had the interview. afterwords he said he would contact me regardless of the answer, yes or no, as of being hired or not, but was not contacted at all after 4 buisness days. i had to call there myselfand speak with him directly, and then he may or may not have lied to me about the job. i was told they were "starting to slow down" and apparently would not be hiring anytime... read more

Business response:

Hello, I personally responded through Indeed a day after your interview, since you replied through that site and do not have a working phone. My Indeed message to you explained the following reasons, time at past jobs, non-availability to work full time and not having your own transportation. Please check Indeed or your spam folder to see message and date sent. We wish you luck in your job ****.

Great job on my car. However, the final billing was a GREAT DISAPPOINTMENT! This company presented a "final" bill with a "grand total" listed. As in a normal course of business, I paid the presented invoice in full with the expectation of receiving a reimbursement check from the insurance company. Instead, the company received and cashed a check from the insurance company. This balance is due me, yet this manager claims additional work was done outside the "final bill|." Apparently this company doesn't understand what "FINAL... read more

Jeff provided an immediate estimate when I drove up and oversaw the process to completion. Lowest price I found and great work. Looks like new. And Linda texted me every day the car was in the shop with progress reports

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your business!

The owner of Pro Guard Auto referred me to Airpark Collision. I had some paint work I needed done on my 4Runner. Jon does insanely awesome wraps and I wasn't sure if that was the route I wanted to take. It turned out that a wrap ws NOT the way I needed to go (Jon being Jon, he gave me a completely honest appraisal). He then asked me if I was familiar with Airpark Collision. I was not. He said Gerald at Airpark is the guy to talk to, let him know I said you should look him up. From the first telephione call I made to their sh... read more

I brought my car in after someone hit me in a parking lot. My vehicle had very minor front end damage, yet it took them 3 months to finish my car. Every time I would call to check in on the car, they would tell me it would be finished in the next couple days, and that went on for weeks. Finally, after 3 months, the car was done and still had damage. They clearly did not test drive the car, because as I was driving it home, my steering wheel would lock up when I would turn the wheel, which is super safe when you’re driving on... read more

Business response:

We apologize for the length of repair, working on a car with a specialized lower suspension definitely impacts repair time. We did test drive the vehicle, and it performed well. However when you brought the concern to our attention we brought it to the Ford dealer as they are the only ones authorized to work on a programmable steering rack. We are committed to great customer service and I appreciate you taking the time to speak with me the other day. We hope we are on track to resolving your concerns.

Very professional. They worked directly with the insurance company funding my repair to take all the associated headaches out of the process. I was particularly impressed at the frequent updates received during the repair and the fact that my car was ‘just like new’ after the repair. No need to shop around if you’re looking for collision damage repair.

Business response:

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Excellent customer service is very important to our team. We appreciate you trusting us with your collision repair.

Went to dealer to get a quote on fixing passenger mirror. Quoted $950. Had been to Airpark Collision in past to fix body damage and had a great experience. Took car over. Was fixed in 2 hours and cost $325. Great service as well.

Business response:

Thank you for the recommendation. We are happy to hear you were pleased with the level of service and price!
