Came out on the holiday and we appreciate that he fixed what was wrong and did NOT try to upsell or make us think that our system needed to be replaced.
With the California heat, having a working AC is absolutely essential! Our AC broke down in the middle of the night, and the house quickly became unbearably hot. I contacted Reza first thing in the morning, and he came out that same afternoon and got everything fixed. Reza was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The service was excellent from start to finish, and thanks to him, we were finally able to escape the heat and enjoy a cool home again.
