They are FABULOUS!!! AC wasn't working so had one company come out and they said I needed a whole NEW system that was going to cost $16,000. Called Airone for a second opinion. Not only did they not charge for the second opinion visit - they determined it was a air filter issue!! So a $20.00 filter replacement was the fix- NOT a $16,000 new system!!! Airone will forever have my business from now on!!! I'd give them 10 stars if I could!!!
My A/C went out the Sunday before Memorial Day. Called several different Air Conditioning company's in the area. Before calling Air One only one would answer the phone and they couldn't repair it till Tuesday, this was on a Sunday. Called AirOne and not only did the answer the phone they came out within a few hours. Within a few hours J.P one of the servicemen arrived at my home.
