No star & definitely not happy from us we booked the room for 1 night back in September for 18th March 2024 & we arrived after a 9 hour drive to find it was shut down & can’t get onto them to get a refund and no refund or email was sent to confirm it’s closed down therefore leaving us to find accommodation at short notice! Don’t even bother booking this location cause you will lose you money & turn up to find it’s closed & have to fill out more for another hotel at short notice.
Booked this hotel through agoda sites for the 29th Feb for 1 night,arrived at motel ,to find the motel shut down ,wasn't impressed,Agoda sites still took our money,and since struggling to get hold of them to return our money,still advertising this motel anyone else get stung by them ...
