Vlad came to my unit to fix an issue with the heater caused by air bleeding. He worked diligently to resolve the problem, explaining the root cause and keeping me informed throughout the process. The company coordinated the technician’s schedule in a very well-organized way, which I found impressive. I’m very satisfied with the service and would highly recommend them!

Airnizer was great! I sent a Yelp request on Sunday afternoon for a broken water heater and by Sunday evening they had scheduled the on-site inspection for Monday. They were able to quickly diagnose/confirm the problem and confirm the replacement parts. They even said they could come back Monday evening to repair but I had plans, so they came on Tuesday morning and were fixed by 2pm. Very happy to have my hot water back in ~48 hrs total.
