I work at a speciality Veterinary clinic. Late on a Friday night we had problems with our Oxygen cages and O2 Generator problems. I called our rep Paul and he was able to video call with me and walk me through all the steps to figure out what the problem was. He went out if his way to help us out. Great service, great company. Highly recommend for your facility.
