After being left without AC and ignored by another company, Austin showed up and restored my trust in HVAC professionals. He found the defective part immediately, explained everything clearly, and made sure the repair was done right. His honesty, skill, and kindness meant a lot to me. I’m sticking with AirMech because of him. And a special shout‑out to Samantha in customer service. She was outstanding — patient, responsive, and genuinely caring. She made sure I understood everything, kept me updated, and treated my situatio... read more
I cannot recommend AirMech Heating and Air enough! Ali and his entire team are always exceptional, professional, and incredibly thorough with their work. They take the time to explain everything, pay attention to every detail, and most importantly, they make sure the job is done right the first time. This is actually the second major project they’ve done for my family. They previously replaced the entire HVAC system in our old house, and because of the excellent experience we had with them, we trusted them again for our new... read more

Their team was awesome about coordinating directly with my tenants to get the appointment scheduled right away, which saved me a ton of hassle as a landlord. Our tech, Austin, was super thorough. He found that t... read more

That level of communication was greatly appreciated. Before making any recommendations, Christian took the time to perform a thorough diagnosis and assessment of my air co... read more
It’s my practice to get 2 or more estimates from different contractors for any repair jobs done at home. I hesitated when I learned that Airmech charges an $89 diagnostic fee, however waived if you hire them to do the job. A lot of contractors give free estimates. Long story short, Christian came, inspected our AC unit, and identified the possible causes of why my unit made real loud noises the night before. I’m always interested to know and try to understand what the problems may be and he explained everything, every part h... read more
