My AC died on 7/25/2025.I called AirMaxx around 9:30 pm and left a message. Got a text almost immediately stating tech would be at my house next day between noon and 4 pm. Joshua arrived and did not take long to diagnose the problem. He was professional, courteous, and explained the issues with my HVAC system. He also found some problems I was not aware of and took care of it. Joshua was awesome and I signed up for a maintenance contract. I was really disappointed with Air Maxx, because their reviews looked very favorable. They scheduled me for Friday the same week I called, first thing in the morning so that I "wouldn't have to wait" then cancelled the day before. When I declined to reschedule, Keri, the employee texting me, complained that they've had 3 no shows this week, as if that excuses no-showing me. My AC unit was not working, I called them late on Friday, and before the end of their day they call me back and set an appointment for today Monday. Keri ( I hope I am spelling her name correct) was very very nice. Christian( who was also very nice) came to work on my AC unit, it is a hot day and he was there working under the heat for one hour. I am grateful they fixed my AC, especially because it was too hot for my pets. Thank you.
Chris and Josh were great technicians! They fixed the fuses and had my AC up and running in 20 minutes. They were very educational and recommended a couple things to do to help prolong the life, but said I can always call back if I need anything!
