I've had them out 2 times over the last 4 years to fix an aging unit (30+ years). Using them through our home warranty has been seamless. Their tech has been knowledgeable, friendly, and always punctual. Working through their office to schedule has been easy, even during the first heat wave when call volume is up.
Had an issue with our AC right as it was starting to warm up for the summer. Our home warranty had Airmax come out we were incredibly happy with their work. They called us within a few days of us submitting our claim. Scheduled us the next day and had the problem fixed within a few hours. Dan our technician was great to work with, very knowledgeable and professional.
Our home warranty used this company to repair our HVAC unit. Great service! Would definitely use them again.
This is a really reliable company. They've had to service both my air conditioner and now my heater. Both times they've been out the technician was really patient and informative on the issues the unit was having and both times it was fixed on the spot (has had the parts with them that were needed)! I highly recommend this company. The technician listens to your concerns and doesn't dismiss anything that you tell him. I'd give them more stars if it was an option.
These guys were wonderful!!! Called me even before my home warranty sent me their info! So curious and prompt! Came and fixed what 2 other companies messed up! I will insist on these guys in the future!!!
