Airmax responded in a timely manner and their technician was friendly and efficient. A review of the bill showed reasonable charges for the time spent on repairs. My complaint is what I consider unfair and unreasonable mark up on parts. Of the $378 charge, which excludes the taxes, $182 was for an electrical connector. The connector is easily accessed and is usually attached with two screws. The retail price of a connector is between 10-20 dollars.
